Chris Beuter

Board President

Chris has been our board president since 2024. His past experience includes HR and Labor Leadership.  His experience in strategic planning is helping do drive OCFAC forward. Chris's main passion is to ensure that all persons in our community are "seen" and treated with dignity.

Catherine Hubbs
Board Treasurer

Catherine has a varied past including Critical Care Nurse and President/Owner of a Woman Business Enterprise. In both positions, Catherine has acquired the following skills: leadership, case management, quality assurance, process improvement and creative problem solving. She has been on the board since 2019.

Sami Nash
Board Member

Sami received her Juris Doctor from the University of Toledo College of Law after graduating magna cum laude from The Ohio State University in 2019 with a Bachelor's Degree in Criminology and a minor in business.  Her passion for the law can be found in an article she penned called: Misguided Justice: Why Ohio Should Abolish Their Felony Murder Statute.

Mary Olsen Dielman
Board Member

Mary is a devout member, who has been serving on the board for almost a decade. As a member of the board, and specifically the OCFAC Finance Committee,

she leverages her experience in finance, as well as operations, to provide assistance and guidance when needed.

Kathy Varga

Board Member

Kathy is a dedicated member of our board, bringing her expertise as an LPN for schools, hospitals and extended care facilities Kathy has helped to help drive our mission forward. With a passion for our youth and seniors Kathy plays a key role in our impact on the community.

Dawn Dress

Board Secretary

A lifelong resident of Marblehead/Danbury, Dawn has spent her career in the retail sector, traveling cross county to help with opening new stores. She has coached Junior High Track, Boys Basketball and Volleyball. Serving on the OCFAC board and watching the organization grow has been one of her greatest joys.

Jan Gluth

Board Member

Jan M. Gluth is Director of Student, Staff and Community Development at PCSD. She has been in that position since 2001. The fact that Jan can communicate effectively with children, teens and adults is what makes her a special asset to the OCFAC board. And we like her ability to problem-solve as well!

Amy Pugh

Board Member

Amy brings her law enforcement experience and a big heart for helping others to our board. As a K9 Officer with the Port Clinton Police Department, she’s dedicated to keeping her community safe while also working with us to move our mission forward.

Kim Schreiner

Board Member

Kim has been the CNO at Magruder Hospital. Kim finds that family and friend support is critical to the health and wellbeing of every patient and therefore it was a "no brainer" to become involved with OCFAC. 

 

She sees the OCFAC as a lifeline to this community and wanted to support the team.

Judy Winter

Board Member

After being born and raised in Strongsville, Judy attended BGSU earning a degree in communications. In 2019 she accepted a job at the Catawba Island Club . Since then she has fallen in love with the Lake Erie shores and islands area. Her mission on the board to give everyone the opportunity to thrive and succeed in Northwest Ohio.
